1. What is Virtual Prom?
   Virtual Prom is an online social application where you can create and customize your own character and prom and then invite your friends. You will be able to customize your own dance moves and select your own music. You can personalize your Virtual Prom character to look like you do in real life --- or try on a completely new look. It's up to you.
2. Do you have to pay for Virtual Prom?
   No, Virtual Prom is free.
3. How do I make a prom?
   You will first need to create your character and assign that character to a prom which you will be able to create.
4. How do I change my character or prom?
   Go to your showcase and select edit on the prom you would like to change. You will go back to ‘Create an Event’ and change your prom as well as your character.
5. My character does not show up as I designed it.
   Make sure you have selected options for each feature otherwise delete your event and start over.
6. How do I invite my friends to Virtual Prom?
   After you have customized your prom you can move on to the section called ‘Invite Your Friends.’ Add up to 16 email addresses and send to your friends.
7. My friends did not receive the invite. What happened?
   Check to see you put the correct address in and then ask your friends to check their junk mail folder and add the email address to their safe contacts.
8. Will this app be able to invite my friends from other social networks?
   Yes, a Facebook version will be available shortly. If you have suggestions please submit on our contact form (link).
9. How do I make my prom private?
   Under the ‘Design Your Prom’ section, there is a menu tab called ‘Guest List’, under this section you will be able to invite a guest and a date or make the event private.
10. How do I change my email address or reset my password?
    We will be working on a accounting section for all users, for now feel free to contact us through the form and we will be happy to help you out.
11. I have a technical problem, what should I do?
    Before you contact Virtual Prom, please try the following:
    
    Clear your browser’s cache. Try deleting your browser’s saved files and browsing history. If you are not sure how to do this, have a look at the help section for your browser.
    Make sure you are using the latest version of Flash. To update your Flash player, you will need to completely remove the old version from your computer.
    a. Click the start button on your computer
    b. Click Settings
    c. Click Control Panel
    d. Click Add or Remove Programs
    e. Remove Flash Player
    f. Restart your computer
    g. Reinstall Flash Player directly from Macromedia: http://www.macromedia.com/shockwave/download/download.cgi?P1_Prod_Version=ShockwaveFlash.
